Don't Have Your Tracking Number?

If you have recently placed an order, your order may still be processing.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.

How Order Tracking Works

Processing may take approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the product and supplier.

Step 2 — Order Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.

Your package may be shipped directly from a third-party supplier or fulfillment partner.

Step 3 — Tracking Updates

After your package has been shipped, tracking information may take several days to become active.

International shipments may also have limited tracking updates during certain stages of transit.

This is normal for some international shipping services.

Step 4 — In Transit

Your package may pass through multiple shipping facilities, countries, or customs checkpoints before reaching your destination.

Tracking updates may not appear every day.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Step 5 — Delivered

Once your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, or other designated delivery location.

If you cannot find the package, please contact your local carrier first.

My Tracking Information Isn't Updating

Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't update immediately.

After an order is shipped, it may take several days for the first tracking scan to appear.

International shipments may also experience periods without tracking updates while the package is:

  • In international transit
  • Waiting for customs clearance
  • Being transferred between carriers
  • Moving between logistics facilities
  • Waiting for the next carrier scan

If your tracking information has not changed for an extended period, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Why Has My Order Been Shipped in Multiple Packages?

Because MenTights.com works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, products in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately.

This means:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
  • Packages may arrive at different times.
  • Each package may have a different tracking number.
  • Products may be shipped from different locations.

If your order contains multiple products and you only received part of your order, please check your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking numbers.

My Order Says Delivered but I Haven't Received It

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check your front door, mailbox, porch, or other delivery location.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Check with your building's reception or mailroom, if applicable.
  4. Contact your local shipping carrier.
  5. Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
